All products sold by Wholesale Hemp THCA Flower Club are compliant with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (commonly known as the 2018 Farm Bill). Pursuant to Section 10113 of the Farm Bill, all hemp-derived products offered through our platform contain a Delta-9 THC concentration of no more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis.

All products are derived from federally legal hemp and sourced from licensed producers operating under approved state or USDA hemp programs. While THCA flower is considered hemp under federal law when meeting Delta-9 compliance, the legal status of THCA products varies by state and is subject to change.

At this time, we do not ship to states where laws or enforcement guidance make the sale or possession of THCA hemp flower legally uncertain or expressly prohibited. This includes:

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their local laws before purchasing. By placing an order through Wholesale Hemp THCA Flower Club, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that hemp-derived products are legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that may violate local, state, or federal law.
